This delightful villa is brand new and furnished to a very high standard.  The villa enjoys a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom and a further bathroom.  The villa has a private electrically heated swimming pool and large terrace with private walled gardens.  There is also a huge communal pool only 200 metres away which is also for our guest's use.

Casa Bocayna is located in La Goleta, Playa Blanca in the South West tip of Lanzarote, at the Punta Pechiguera, at the foot of Montaña Roja.  La Goleta is a new development in what promises to become the St Tropez of the Canary Islands.  It is a residential area and so enjoys a tranquillity not found in tourist areas.

The villa inherited the name Bocayna from the stretch of water between Playa Blanca on Lanzarote and Correlajo on Fuerteventura.  The name is pronounced bok-eye-eena.
